Responsibilities:

- Oversee all sales activities including retail and wholesale operations in China Region to maintain high standard of quality services

- Ensure the retail operations align with the company's overall goal and the pricing and discount policy are strictly enforced by Retailer

- Maintain and further develop a strong relationship with Retailers and Wholesale clients

- Formulate brand strategies and sales incentives to achieve company target as well as business objectives

- Plan and implement business development strategies for expansion of retail business and development of new sales channels/partners

- Train and lead team members in daily sales activities

Requirements:

- Degree holder with minimum 10 years' of sales activities, preferably experience in luxury watch and jewelry brands

- Strong management skills

- Strategic thinker, able to set long term development goals with solid business acumen

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

- Good analytical, organization and problem solving skills

- Presentable, highly-motivated, adaptable and self-starter

- Proficiency in computer literacy

- Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
