职位职能: 技术部项目工程师 project engineer

Purpose Of Job:
Coordinate projects to follow up detail status of projects conduction.

Major Responsibilities And Authority:

Support Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to:
1. Preferably 2 years experience in OEM industry, in the product of Network equipment,automobile etc.
2. Lead and coordinate the project teams for new product introduction.
3. Lead the project teams for moving products into production.
4. Quote and sourcing experience.
5. Follow up progress of new projects more detail for material schedule for engineering samples, small engineering samples building in line and etc.
6. Coordinate the improvement action in MP.


Knowledge’s Skills And Abilities:

1. Bachelor degree with mechanical or related major.
2. More than 2 year experience of NPI project management . Or Above 2 years of experience in new product improvement and research for mechanical products.
3. Experience in plastic,diecasting or sheet metal product etc.
4. Fluent English writing,good oral english is plus.
5. Proficiency in MS office, CAD.
6. Good communication skills; proactive, cautious & honest.
7. Good coordination with team members.

With the expansion of our operations globally, IPL Plastics Group had setup Shanghai operations in 2007primarily sourcing and developing a stable and reliable supply base in die casting, plastic moulding, pressed metal, and all types of hardware. In 2009, setup a new manufacturing facility in Xinzhuang Industrial Park, focusing on injection moulding and precision tool fabrication and enclosure assembly.

To date, Protech Shanghai had grown from a precision metal stamping and enclosure setup to a Best In-Class manufacturing site of over 150 employees, providing an End-to-End solution to our customers. Protech Shanghai capabilities include Precision Tool Fabrication, Precision Plastic Moulding, Mechanical & Product Assembly, co-ordination of global resources across manufacturing sites for Precision Die Casting, Precision Stamping.
