Job Descirption:
1)Lead the P&R process chip project from Netlist-in to Tape-out
2)Build Physical Low power design flow base on mainstream EDA tool chain
3)Implement of Physical includinr Floorplan, Placement and Routing
4)Contribute for Timing closure and Power closure
5)Debugging of physical verification violation
6)Review and signoff for IP integration based on layout guideline from IP vendor
Requirement:
1)3+ Year of P&R and related experience
2)2+ projects of successful tape-out with leader ship
3)1+ successful tape-out of 65nm process with low power design flow
3)Familiar with mainstream of advance process of 110nm or above
4)Project experience of SoC related chip tapeout
5)experience of STA, IR-drop analysis and low power verification
6)Strong experience for physical verification debugging
