Responsibilities:
? Lead the planning, execution and implementation of projects in waste water treatment
? Develop and manage full scale project plans
? Assemble, coordinate and control project related RES or contracted work-teams
? Plan, Manage and Report project budgets
? Develop, Plan and Schedule project timelines
? Set and control Quality assurance measures
? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project according to set project milestone plan to all stakeholders
? Present reports defining project progress, financial development, problems and solutions
? Implement / Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project objectives
? Execute and document Project evaluations and assessment of results
? Support the RES sales team while bidding in regard to construction organization management (time, budget, man power, and quality and safety control), engineering cost.
? Claim handling on product, installation and operation.
? Inspect and accept projects technically which been executed by RES partner and / or by distributors.

Requirements:
? MS in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering;
? Minimum >5 years experience in waste water project management;
? Wastewater treatment plant design experience, including development of conceptual/preliminary designs, detailed design document preparation, and construction-phase office engineering
? In depth project management experience in relevant environment including budget control responsibility
? Necessary software knowledge in Project Management, AUTOCAD and MS
? Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective client presentations and written report preparation, especially fitting project progress reporting
? Highly organized and responsive, capable of working in a diverse team environment and handling multiple tasks with competing priorities
? Positive, can-do attitude; flexible and self-motivated, creative, and quality-oriented with attention to detail
? Willingness to extensive travel
