Job Description
·Prepare monthly financial report and customer profitability report. Monitor timeliness, completeness, and data integrity of the reports.
·Credit limit review and management
·Communication with Sales team, and problem solving
·Prepare the profitability report by product line to assist business units in reaching the goals in terms of profitability and market share
·Conduct routine meetings with the sales managers to provide strategic support to ensure no major issues on the accounts
·Business trip required (visit customers & sales team)
·Special project as assigned and required
·Update industry trends and market dynamics
 
Working experience & Skill
·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA a plus.
·5+ years of progressive business/financial experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey analytical results in simplified and actionable reports, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
·Strong organizational and problem solving skills – ability to organize, plan and develop solutions to complex issues
·Familiar with the mass market in the technology and consumer electronics industry
·Strong team work ability
·High degree of flexibility, capacity for self-management
·Self-motivated with ability to influence, motivate, challenge, and inspire confidence among others
·Ability to conduct solid analysis, make well-informed, objective and evidence-based decisions
·Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
·Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
