Job Description:工作职责

1. Directly control work activities of the Production Shift under the job holder's direction. Monitor and give direction to Line Operators and Saw Operators under his shift. 直接管控班组的工作，监督并指导生产线工人的工作

2. Coordinate transitions between each shift to start its work properly: work progress of the preceding shift, work plans and directions to continuously follow, etc. to ensure a smoother 24 hours work flow. 生产倒班时的正常工作，确保24小时正常生产

3. Make daily report of the shift's production performance to Process Controller after closing the shift's duty by receiving the shift's production report (produced quantity, NG, line stop details, work condition, raw/subsidiary material consumption quantity) .

收到每班生产报告后制定工作日报，包括生产数量，不良数量，生产线停班的细节，工作环境，原料用量等

4. Perform verification, control and improvement activities on standard work condition, working process and machinery/equipment operations for each line operator to produce quality products.

在正常工作环境，正常生产过程和设备正常的情况下进行分析，控制和改进生产最终生产出合格产品

5. Verify/control each line worker's in-line quality inspection according to quality manual/standards.

根据质量标准，控制生产线工人的在线质量检测

6. Verify/control each line worker's machinery/equipment operation and user repair activities based on machinery/equipment manual and operating manual. When irregularities incurs, immediately take hands-on repairs in Production Department, if this is not workable, should inform immediately to Maintenance & Engineering Department and Process Controller for further direction.

根据设备操作规范管控每条生产线工人的设备操作及维修人员的设备维修。当设备出现不正常情况时，立即在生产部进行设备修理，如果还是无法处理，应立即通知设备维护及技术部做进一步的决断。

7. Verify/supervise the hand-over of the raw/subsidiary materials and products that were produced during their shift to Warehouse Department. If necessary, organize discussions with Warehouse staff.

监督每班与仓库之间的原料及成品的交接，如需要，组织仓库工作人员开会讨论。

8. Train/direct production workers do their work safer and more effective. Frequently check workplace risk exposures and improve work environment.

对员工进行培训确保生产安全和生产效率。经常检查生产区域的安全隐患，提高工作环境

9. Train/direct the shift workers to enhance work expertise and skill.

对员工进行培训提高他们的专业技能

10. Perform necessary actions to solve shift worker's difficulties and enhance team spirit in the shift.

采取必要的措施解决员工的困难，提高团队合作精神。

Qualification:

1. 5 years or above working experience in urea products or pressing mold products.

5年以上脲醛或压制模具产品的工作经验

2. 2-3 years of working experience as a shift leader.

2-3年倒班班长经验

3. Certain level of English language is preferred.
