Profile of SQE

Report to: Quality Manager
Subordinate: No

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct supplier scanning/ evaluation/ selection/ audit according to requirements;
2. Determine/ develop product specifications with relevant departments, such as purchasing, project, production;
3. Monitor material/ process conditions, monitor and approve the new parts
4. Manage supplier quality, implement continuous improvement program with suppliers;
5. Work with suppliers, product & machining Dept. to ensure the quality;
6. Support in process owners in defining / processes.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or relevant majors ;
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience QEor SQE experiences in a manufacturing / equipment factory environment;
3. Good technical background and proficient knowledge on mechanical parts manufacturing process
4. Strong working knowledge in Quality systems ISO9001, proficient knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, PPAP, APQP
5. Proficient knowledge of MS office software (especially MS Excel, Powerpoint);
6. Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin;
