职位描述：

1、按照体系要求，建立和健全无损检测质量保证系统，加强无损检测制度的管理。

Set up and maintain NDT Quality Assurance System according ISO requirements. Deepen NDT procedure management.

2、负责制定RT、UT、MT、PT通用检测规程。

Construct general inspection procedure of RT/UT/MT/PT.

3、指导和培训探伤人员，加强其技术技能。

Instruct and train NDT inspector to arise their skills.

4、维护探伤设备，根据相关标准要求制定探伤仪器的校验工作。

Maintain NDT equipment. Draw up the NDT equipment checklist based on related standards.

5、审核无损检测报告。

Audit NDT reports.

Job Requirements

职位要求：

1、本科学历，有特种设备检验检测局颁发的UT/RT/MT/PT二级或以上证书。

Bachelor Degree with II grade or above UT/RT/MT/PT certifications issued by Special Equipment Inspection and Test Institution.

2、二年以上压力容器制造行业无损检测经历。

Above 2 years NDT experience in pressure vessels industry.

3、熟悉压力容器制造工艺、质量管理流程。

Familiar with pressure vessel manufacture process and quality management process.

4、熟悉无损检测质量保证系统，能编制相关文件。

Be familiar with NDT QA system and can write related document.

     Meren Xianda Shanghai Co., Ltd is one of Chinese subsidiaries of Mersen Group as a top quality factory in China which manufactures chemical equipments made by high performance materials.
