职位描述：

Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision of merchandiser, help to ensure smooth and efficient order process follow up and achieve target turnover;
• After sales activities in accordance to Trim Operation Department standards;
• Communicate effectively with customers/suppliers on order status & development, e.g. quotation/sampling and order delivery status;
• Coordinate with quality/shipping department at various stages of production and good quality of merchandise;
• Ensure timely shipments and complete order quantity. Avoid cancellations;
• Provide good services to the customers and insure customer’s awareness of BS garments accessories full product range;
• Arrange sample dispatch to customers/suppliers and meet deadlines;
• Update order details/do daily filing;
• Check & prepare accessory card and inspection details for inspector;
• Specialist to issue Invoice in the system in time and solve the related problem.
• Assist merchandiser to prepare for buyer’s visit and make required report;
• Ensure high level of efficiency and achieve target;
• Communicate with suppliers and buyers professionally. Ensure all emails are replied within the day;
• Other jobs assigned by Merchandiser and Team Leader.

Requirement:

• Have 1 or 2 years experiences for the business of Garment trim Acc.
• Be family with daily computer operation, Windows, word, excel.
• Be good at both trade oral and written English and pass CET4.
• Have team spirit, responsibility and work hard.
