Job Description:
We Require a Senior Merchandiser for Home Textile Bedding department with minimum 5-6 years of work experience and product knowledge.
Job Description and requirements.
1. Applicant must have a prior experience of working for a home textile company in a bedding department with a product knowledge of products such as Quilt / coverlets / boutis / comforter sets / sheet sets/ blankets etc.
2. Should have an experience in servicing clients from Europe and US Markets.
3. Should have a sourcing base of factories for above mentioned products and should be able to handle sourcing of the products required by our clients. Should also have an idea of products actual costings.
4. Having a technical knowledge of bedding products in terms of fabric, workmanship, identifying potential quality problems and solutions will be an added advantage.
5. We expect our potential team member to be an organized and disciplined person with a positive and cheerful character, who believes in and understanding the importance of working in a team and supporting each other.
6. Very good in written & spoken Chinese and English.
7. Prepare the QC files, coordinate with the assigned QA for inspections and quality controls as per client’s requirements.
