职位描述：
Main responsibilities and duties:

？ Oversee store and office projects from start to finish.
？ Manage, support and coordinate projects to ensure that quality, goals and objectives are accomplished.
？ Select and monitor vendors to ensure quality and compliance to Percepta standards.
？ Support the PM with budget, negotiations, special projects and implementing new solutions.
？ Manage assigned large-scale and ad-hoc projects according to set schedule and provide progress-reports back to relevant departments.
？ Liaise with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support.
？ Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate closely with internal and external department/team.
？ Ensure store operations are running efficiently, and support the business side
？ Prepare documentations, establish routines, and occasionally hold presentations
？ Maintain best practice in IT service management, and recommend IT solutions to improve business efficiency and stability.
？ Working in a team to provide end-to-end troubleshooting and technical support to internal users according to defined processes and methods.

Education and experience requirements

？ Bachelor’s Degree required, preferable in Computer Science
？ Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
？ Hands-on experience on IT Project Management is an asset to the position.
？ ITIL knowledge

？ Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
？ Proficient in Microsoft Office
？ Windows operating systems
？ Have non-prestigious work style with high integrity and trustworthy level.
？ Flexible to work in a multi-cultural office environment
？ Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with proven organizational and communication skills
？ Self-motivated, has the ability able to initiate action and actively identify new areas for learning and improvement.
？ Results-oriented, excellent time management, organized.
？ Ability to prioritize tasks and distribute to appropriate department or individual
？ Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times when needed.
