职位描述：
Duties & Responsibility:
- Implement food safety measures for selling products; both in retails & F&B sectors.
- Ensure food are compliance with local food safety law and regulations.
- Continuous improvement for Health, Safety and Environment for the company.
- Conduct quality audit inspection regularly and food safety training where required.
- Responsive to customers’ complaint and take immediate remedial action.
- Highly food safety awareness and assess on potential risk area.
- Technical competent to food’s problem solving.

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Quality Management, related Food or Science discipline.
- At least 5 years experiences in Health, Food Safety and Environment management, preferably in F&B industry.
- A person with food safety awareness and strong problem solving personnel.
- Good interpersonal skill with team working spirit and professional Ethic.
- Systematic, independent and highly responsible person.
- Well verse with local food safety laws and regulations.

任职要求：

- 至少5年以上卫生、食品安全或环境管理方面工作经验，餐饮行业尤佳；
- 具有安全意识及较强的危机处理能力；
- 良好的人际关系、团队合作和敬业精神；
- 系统、独立，高度的责任感；
