职位描述：

This role gives the opportunity to drive forward planning of brand-building strategies at the agency. Working on creative and media briefs with the client services and creative teams to ensure the best possible marketing solutions for a broad range of clients.??

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop consumer digital behavior insight and trends.

· Analyse the role and impact of various digital touch points on client’s business and marketing strategies.

· Synthesise and analyse, write & present key findings to develop insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy.

· To deliver planning at both implementation and strategic levels.

· Ignite the generation of creative ideas.

· Familiar with digital content strategy and channel strategy.

· Interpret research findings and generate consumer insight that enables creative communication solutions.

· Maintain a summary and analysis of all digital campaigns and stimulus for further collation and benchmarking.

· Participating in thought leadership initiatives discussion with partners and clients.

· Provide on-going updates to the team of industry trends, issues, and best practices for relevant categories.

· Proactively contribute to the development of the agency

Skills/ Experience:

· Ability to independently source supporting data and research.

· Ability to work across a broad range of client categories and a swathe of very different consumer groups.

· An awareness of how digital fits within the communications landscape.

· A basic sense of digital media environment in China.

· Experience in mobile marketing, social CRM,E-commerce and the search engine is preferred.

· Proficiency in Chinese & English.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Team player.

· At least 5 years of experience in related working experience in a digital marketing company.
