Responsibilities and Main Tasks：
-Quality assurance work
1)Maintain company ISO9001, BRC-IOP system, document control and other relative works.
2)Assist quality manager organize annual internal and external audit, prepare before audit, following up corrective actions and report to audit findings after audit.
3)Customer complaint handle and collect relative information, summary and analysis to progress product quality
4)Collect and analyze found company quality problem to improve product quality
5)Prepare periodic quality report
6)Third part lab test plan and conduct
7)Training QC and othe relative staff on quality and food safety information
8)Routine process audit, to ensure the quality and food safety control system are effective running.
-Quality control work
1)Daily quality control management from material to finished goods.
-Project measurement work management and communication
1)Organize Monthly quality &food safety meeting
2)Quality department daily matters handle, when quality manager is not in office, take the responsibility of quality manager.
3)Follow company Policies/Rules
4)Having EHS sense and follow company EHS Rules
5)Other related tasks assigned by quality manager
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile
Education:Graduate or above
Working experiences: Over 10 years’ quality work experience, among which 3 years’ department management experience. Be familiar with Quality Management System. Have experience in Packaging System Control and can deal with internal/external audit independently.
Computer skills:Familiar with Microsoft Office Software and be good at data statistic and analysis
English skills:Good English Skills, be able to communicate in English in work
Communication skills:Good communication skills
Other capability and skill:
1)Good team work, be able to lead team
2)Target-oriented and be well in dealing with problem independently
3)Have a clear mind, can work under pressure
4)Be optimistic, be able to overcome difficulties and reach target
