Position:Team Leader of Assembly Team

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead shift of several assembly members
- Keep requirements considering the quality standards and production of faultless products
- Lead shift of several assembly members

while observing the time allocated in the calculation plans.
- Observe company regulations with regard to quality, security and the environment
- Prepare the production according to specifications
- Observe work and test inspection instructions
- Correctly document process data and intervene as required
- Perform internal audits
- Manage the work by KPI

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in machinery or engineering
- 5 years work experience in Automotive or other Industry.
- Good use of written and spoken English
- Knowledge about the production workflow and series production of the Automotive Supplier Industry
