Key Responsibility:

- Evaluate and qualify new supplier

- Maintain quality performance of suppliers

- Work closely with purchasing, production, sales to solve current supplier issues

- Ensure suppliers have appropriate quality systems, audit effectiveness, supplier source release, drive corrective action plans and supplier process improvement.

Requirement:

- Willing to travel domestically

- Energetic and able to work under limited supervising

- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar engineering

- 3-5 year experience in supplier development and supplier auditing, experience in machining, and other process, prefer in automotive industry

- Familiar with the main quality tools

- Good communication and personal skill

- Good in English (speak, read and write)
