Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is within HARMAN’s Infotainment Division, HMI team of Software department. The HMI team is looking for the ultimate team player and qualified software engineer / Sr. engineer to take part in the development of infotainment HMI.

Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will take responsibility in one or several parts of the following aspects:
? Lead external / internal resources to develop HMI application.
? Make delivery plan of HMI application, check the executing status of the development.
? Review the HMI spec doc and flow chart provided by the HMI designer or customer, and check it with the middleware interface.
? Communicate with other domains within project, review interfaces provide by other domains.
? Organize and review source code among HMI team members.
? Develop new features of HMI application independently, including requirement analysis, design and implement.
? Maintain part functional module of HMI application independently, including performance analysis and optimize.
Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
? 3+ years of experience in software development in C++.
? 2+ years of experience in object-oriented software design.
Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
? Team leader / sub leader experience in the information HMI team.
? Development experience in multimedia / navigation HMI of car or other embedded GUI is desired.
? Experience in QT, MFC, WPF, JAVA Swing, is an optional.
? Experience in operating systems QNX, LINUX is an optional.
? Experience in development tools (Visual-Studio, Perforce, SVN) is a plus.
? Excellent Chinese and English language skills (fluent in spoken and written).
