职位描述：

-For our Energy Management Division in shanghai, we are looking for a Material Planner-物料计划员.

What are my responsibilities?
1. Make short-long term material plan base on demand forecast and production plan.
2. Define material supply strategy , inventory turns target and daily inventory control
•Special logistics framework proposal : JIT,VMI, KANBAN…
•ABC/XYZ analysis, PTO/PTS, safety stock definition ; purchase lot-size; risk buy proposal…
•Related SAP material master data maintenance
•Proposal to vendor improvement ( Mainly focus on the factors which will impact inventory target and material availability, for example: lead time, MOQ, OTD…)
3. Material availability control
•Early warning on material shortage risk and slow moving
•Material shortage management , follow up and coordination.
4. Support material planning on NPI project
5. Regular KPI report and improvement proposal.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Professional in material planning with 5+ years experience in same/similar industry
-Good skill in data analysis and presentation.
-Expert in SAP MM is plus
