职位描述：
Duties:
- This position is overall responsible for new function development, maintenance and daily operations support of Local IT Applications in China including supplier selection, planning, testing, implementation and overall project management control.
- responsible for Wechat Platform maintenance, new function development
- be in charge of I-cloud maintenance and enhancement
- responsible for new payment function development and improvement.
- follow up and manage local IT supplier to meet our requirement.
- To communicate and coordinate with global IT to support local IT application project
- Work as QA to test any new application of local project
- Offer IT service and Call center system support
- Offer IT service for Ordering and Local payment support
- Work with IT manager as the backup staffs for issue of Eshop

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or above, preferable in Computer Science, prefer to IT software major.
- Proven experience in IT Systems support and good understanding of ITIL best practices
- More than 2 years application project management experience.
- Strong communication skills and good command of English. Goodness at speaking and writing English will be better priority
- Patient to do daily trouble shooting tasks. Good sense of customer
- Experience on MS SQL and Oracle / PL-SQL implementation, configuration and development. 举报 分享
