Key Accountability:

a) New business development

l Search and identify new business opportunities on the market;

l Present our machinery and technical concept to potential clients;

l Implement the company strategy and reach the sales target;

l Go through the necessary steps of sales cycle, e.g. quotation, bidding, contract negotiation, etc.

l Coordinate with other departments for project handling, e.g. commercial terms, project design, technical service, etc.

b) Account management

l Maintain good relationship with both existing and potential clients;

l Understand the clients' need and plan for long-term development.

c) Others

l Conduct market research associated with relevant resources in China;

l Strategy study on specific product segment in line with company's policy and business structure.

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree in relevant field;

l At least 5-year work experience in sales and marketing area, especially related to food machinery;

l Preferably familiar with FMCG industry and business, e.g. food & confectionary;

l Good written and oral language skill in English;

l Computer literate with necessary MS software and sales tool;

l Logical, strong analytical & problem-solving ability;

l Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, willing to take the initiative;

l Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

l Good interpersonal & communication skills.
