职位描述：
Provide daily administration support, project coordination to sourcing team (Directors and senior Director).

? Provide secretarial and administrative support to Sr. Dir (i.e. travel and meeting arrangements, expense claims, etc)
? Consolidate business data and reports from sourcing team’s (i.e. Monthly factory compliance report, Supplier Matrix tracking, Orange Factory monitor, Claim report, etc), to keep track and ensure sourcing with timely follow up & achieve of team KPI
? To assist in planning, organizing and managing company events (i.e. Supplier Conference)
? Organize monthly team meetings across hubs and associate of the team awards
? Coordinate Canada leadership travel arrangements in GS offices
? Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications,
? Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
? Minimum 3 years solid experience in MNC, in serving senior management
? Mature and independent, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Chinese
? Excellent organizational and administrative skills, and attention to detail
? Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 举报 分享
