职位描述：
-- Research，source and evaluate new vendors;
--Primary interface with vendors for relationship management, introduce GTI’s requirements to the new suppliers, establish business framework;
-- Undertake factory evaluations, screen and evaluate the capability and capacity of new suppliers according to GTI’s requirements;
-- Manage supply base by driving and conducting regular vendor performance review to meet the needs of fast growing activities of company;
-- Establish and manage long term suppliers’ relationship to support GTI’s business growth;
 -- Coordinate sourcing strategies and ensure smooth and timely manufacturing ramp on new introduction programs.
 -- Support other sourcing projects as required;

Job Requirements :
-- Bachelor’s degree on garment, textile related field required;
-- Minimum 8 years of garment sourcing or evaluating experience in buying /agent/importer office, be familiar with the factory sourcing and evaluating process;
-- With various garment (ladies) manufacturing resources, has industry connections with sourcing new factories based on GTI requirements;
-- Good command of English in both speaking and writing;
 --Good communication, negotiation skills;
-- Must be hands-on, detailed and problem solving skills;
