Key Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience are desirable:

_5-10 years finance experience preferably in the construction/design industry

_Good knowledge and experience in general ledger reconciliation

_Advanced Microsoft Office software and competency in electronic accounting systems. Microsoft AXAPTA knowledge desirable.

_Currently studying or completed an approved tertiary accounting course

_Strong numerical and analytical skills

Key Activities

Please note that periodically you may be asked to undertake activities outside of those listed below.

_Check all staff’s reimbursement and monitor petty cash in/out

_Prepare all payment through bank.

_Check living and rental invoice of foreign staff for tax deduction.

_Prepare payment notice and invoices for billings. Input all billings in AX system.

_Authentication vat invoice.

_Help and solve some problem of earnings for discipline. Post earnings.

_Prepare monthly report

Debtor report

Forecast earning vs Actual earning

_AX system

Create new project

Create customer/link with project

Input AX number in CRM of create new project

Create contract’s details
