职位描述
Job Description
a) Technical Support
-Sales aids Support
-Design and prepare product promotion materials.
-Provide technical support, consult, troubleshooting and training to assigned customers in the PRC Mainland region.
-Visit customers at regular intervals to provide technical support and to ensure problem free running of products at the customers.
-Collect and evaluate products from the competition.
-Carry out trials at customers.
-Ensure and update all liaison offices with all available technical information.
-Provide technical training to customers/colleagues.
-Set up internal database of technological information of leather chemicals in the market
-Set up and carry out the R&D projects
-Carry out the needed lab jobs or trials
b) Sales
-Achieve together with local business and sales management growth targets.
c) Marketing
-Participate in the setting up and implementation of Company's marketing strategies.
d) Others
-Be familiar with the company's QM System
-Perform other duties assigned by reporting supervisor
