现招英语服务生Waiter/Waitress（若干）。
要求：具有良好英语水平，对餐饮行业有热忱，愿意和我们一起长期工作。

具体的职责和任务：Specific Responsibilities and Main Duties:
1. 每日营业前的桌面布置，电器电源设备的开关启 daily table setup, check the lights, speaker all need for operation must be open or turn it on .
2. 迎宾,面对客人始终保持微笑 greeting., keep smiling to the customers
3. 向顾客递送菜单并回答有关菜单或餐厅的问题，告知顾客每日精选，在顾客要求下推荐菜品。Present menus to your customers and answer question about the menu items or restaurant, inform customers of daily specials, making recommendation upon request.
4. 检查并鉴别顾客以确保他们以符合饮用酒精饮料所必需的年纪。Check customers identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirement for consumption of alcoholic beverage.
5. 向客人解释菜品内容，描述食物的原材料和烹调方法。Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
6. 为顾客订购餐点，下订单，记住客人订购的餐点并输入电脑传送至厨房员工。Write customer food order and order slips, memorize, or enter into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
7. 待厨房Pass 准备完出品菜品及饮料时，将菜品及饮料送至餐桌客人,提供相应的用餐刀叉器具. Pick up the food or drinks from pass station and send it to customers when kitchen pass prepare.
8. 为顾客提供酒水饮料，按要求在用餐时准备或服务特别的菜肴。Serve food or beverage to customers, and prepare or serve speciality dishes at table as required.
9. 服务期间认真关注客人的需求，积极热情的给以帮助。Druing the service should focus on customers , put attention and passion when they need any requirement
10. 为服务区及时供给例如咖啡，食品，餐具和餐布等。Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens
11. 清理客人餐桌上用完餐的餐盘和杯子，并向客人询问是否需要其它食物或饮品，将清理的餐盘和杯子放到厨房进行清洗。Removed dishes and glasses or counter, and ask customers if want one more drink or some dishes , take them to kitchen for cleaning.
12. 保持与客户沟通并确保他们满意我们的食物,如有任何问题及时采取行动纠正。Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
13. 在客人用完主食后，向客人询问是否需要甜点. Ask customers if they what some dessert for after main dishes.
14. 当客人要求结账时，向顾客收取付款,为客人提供相应的消费金额发票Collect payment from customers，Prepare invoice for customers when they need.
15. 与顾客打招呼并表示感谢当客人离开时 . Thanks for customers when they leave
16. 在顾客结束用餐后清洁桌子或柜台,并检查相关器具的补充，及时补充盐，胡椒，糖，奶油，调味品和纸巾盒。Fill salt, peppers, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers. Clean tables or counters after customers have finished dinning.，and check all the staff if need to fill up.
17. 接餐厅电话，进行预约或进行订餐记录，Answering phones, take reservation or to go order, and by greeting.
18. 保持个人卫生。Maintain personal hygiene
19. 执行上级分派的其他任务和职责。Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

岗位要求：Job Requirements：
1. 要求有餐饮行业工作的相关经验。Previous experience of working in the food & beverage service required.
2. 先前具有基本的顾客关怀经验。Previous customer care experience essential Knowledge of basic arithmetic
3. 彰显强大的顾客服务意识，熟练的沟通与良好的人际交往能力。Demonstrates strong customer service, Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
4. 优秀的英文和国语能力。Excellent level in English and Mandarin
5. 拥有团队精神，为人谦逊、正直、开朗、友善、诚实，时常面带微笑及富有责任心。Team spirit, Humble, Integrity, pleasant, friendly，honesty， smiling and accountability in all dealings
6. 能跟随指示并达到目标。Can follow directions and achieve goals
