职位描述

目标委托企业为欧洲乃至全球最大的私营涂料集团，在全球设有二十多家涂料生产工厂，销售网络遍布全球。产品包括卷材涂料，专用涂料以及木器表面涂料。还是世界上领先的主要艺术颜料供应商之一。
上海公司是根据国际最新生产理念设计建成的新型生产工厂。它不仅拥有百年的经验和先进的涂料技术，更配备了先进高效的生产设备，使它除了可以进行大批量的生产，更具有灵活反应、迅速调整、可以适合不同客户不同批量要求的生产能力。

工厂内还建有设施完善的实验室，用以配合新产品的开发研究，并对日常生产订单和客户产品投诉处理进行技术支持。

Responsibility:

1. Focus on R&D for coil coating:

New product development, current product modification, cost reduction and group formulation localization, Source new raw materials, cooperate existing customers to develop new product or application

2.Assist sales to take responsibility for on site technical service for coil coating, adjust formula to meet customer requirements

3. Support sales team to develop new customers.

4. Provide technical support to customers to address specific problems

5. Provide assistance to Production in improved methods of manufacture

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree major in chemistry, Macromolecule or related subject

2. Over 5 years experience in lab R&D, coil coating experience is prefer

3. Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical capability

4. Self motivate, integrity, self manage, team work inspirit, good communication and presentation

5. Fluent in spoken and written English
6. Familiar with office software
