公司隶属于瑞典**集团。该集团成立于1865年，总部设于瑞典。经过百多年的不断发展，已经成为欧洲乃至全球最大的私营涂料集团之一，在全球设有二十多家涂料生产工厂，销售网络遍布全球。
Responsibilities:
Management of the production operation, including training and developing staff in operating machinery and equipment efficiently and effectively
Establishing and maintaining efficient processes with respect to the work flow and operations, scheduling, planning
Establishing, reviewing and upgrading standards and policies in respect to all aspects of the operation, safety and health issues and standards
Introduction of ISO 9002
Develop the measuring and presentation tools, benchmark performance and development with the other units within the BIC group
Develop good contacts and relations with colleagues within the BIC group
Participate in the annual BIC production managers meeting
Visit some of the other BIC units to have a good knowledge of how they are dealing with different challenges, including security and environmental questions as well as the usage of Pigment pastes
Requirement:
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry or related disciplines, Engineering related certificate preferred.
2. 10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing company, at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, with the 5 years working experience or knowledge in coatings or paint is a plus
3. Good written and fluent verbal English communication skills
4. Good analytical problem-solving skills, and organization skills
5. Team building and motivation leadership characteristics
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
