Job description-QA&SHE Manager
Responsibility:
1. To define and develop a Health, Safety, Quality and Environment global policy for BICSH in line with group policies and the country applicable laws and regulations.
2. To develop and maintain the company's ISO 9001 and pass ISO 14001accreditation to obtain the certificate ;
3. To carry out all the responsibilities listed for this position in the SHEQ policy document.
4. To improve employee awareness, behavior and commitment to HSEQ issues by coaching and training the staff and line managers in relevant areas.
5. Keep good communication with relevant government as environment bureau, safety bureau, fire-fighting bureau etc. ensure our actual action to meet the requirement of local legislation.
6. Conduct quality and EHS internal audit, follow up the CAR for these non-conformance;
7. In charge of external audit as 3rd party audit and customer audit, follow the corrective action to these finding from the external audit;
8. Finish relevant work contend from the line manager;

Requirement:
1. University degree or above, majoring in Environment, Chemical, engineering etc.
2. Minimum 5 years in SHEQ experience, 3 years in chemical field.
3. Very familiar with ISO9001 & ISO14001,PPAP etc. system
4. High responsibility and active working attitude
5. Strong communication skill, team work
6. Good written and oral English
