Searching for a cutting supervisor:

Job Activities:
1. Production on site management (safety, quality, delivery)
2. Keep good communication with all departments
3. Train and develop employees
4. Control department cost and efficiency
5. Monitor all production processes and control charts, improve Yield and efficiency

Qualifications:
1. College or vocational school degree in business or related field
2. At least three years supervisor experience in manufacturing company
3. Experience in automotive interior or leather company is a plus
4. Good command of English skill (both written and oral)
5. Pass internal color test
6. Can work shift
