Basic requirement（基本要求）:
1. At least have a technical secondary school/college or above education, preferably in chemical major. More than 8 years working experience (at least 5 years management experience) in a relative chemical enterprise.
中专/大专或以上学历，化工相关专业优先，八年以上相关化工企业工作经验，至少有五年以上管理经验。
2. Age: 25~40 years old; Male

3. Must have good analytical; communication and interpersonal skills and be good at operator training and regulations implement

4. Can work in a high pressure and fast changing environment

General responsibilities（工作责职）:
1. Ensure the operator to comply with all work and safety rules and actively promotes safety.
确保操作员遵守安全工作规范并能积极的提升
2. Must ensure that work is performed safely within PRC regulations and company guidelines and have desire to eliminate potential safety risk in the plant area.
确保在国家法律和公司规章制度下工作并有决心消除工作中潜在的安全隐患
3. Supervises staff including hiring, training, performance review, reward and determining disciplinary actions when necessary
员工管理，包括招聘/培训/绩效考评和实施奖惩制度
4. Must ensure our key customers to satisfy the service including product quality and on time delivery.
确保重点客户产品质量和供货及时性
5. Monitor production facilities and production schedule to ensure product is processed in specifications
监督生产设备设施和生产进度，确保产品符合各项规范。
6. Develop/analyze a variety of operational reports and take corresponding actions
撰写/分析安全/质量相关报告，并提出相应措施
7. Support department manager to review a variety issue including safety/quality/inventory etc and solve kinds of operational problems
协助部门经理审核安全/质量及其它相关情况，并解决部门运营方面的问题。
8. Ensure accurate production records and production procedures implement strongly.
确保生产信息的准确性和生产流程的执行
9. Ensure lean and flexibility production to minimize production cost and on time delivery
确保精益柔性生产使生产成本最小化和及时交货。
10. Coordinate with related department in time to solve operational problems and have a desire/ ability to solve the uncertain situation.
及时和相关部门协调解决生产运营方面的问题，并有解决生产运营过程中突发情况的意识和能力
11. Must manage and lead the group meet the objectives set by department manager
必须能管理整个团队完成部门经理设定的工作目标
12. Other work assigned by department manager
