职位描述
A leading global manufacturer of high quality automotive upholstery leather, produces leather for more than 90 vehicles with luxury brands worldwide.
Job Description:
1. Monitor crust incoming inspection/selection, crust lab testing and publish lab result for team review. store necessary information and analyze/comparing all data for further development.
2.Monitor Chemical preparing process. Ensure chemical dispense according to the provide formulation. and also reduce chemical waste.
3.Monitor Sample making process, follow the provide routine and parameter. Control sample in high level quality. Adjust under control.
4.Ensure sample on time delivery, and also achieve hours for machine and worked target.
5.Organize team review for PD sample. Publish evaluate sheet to team member by e-mail. Classify and store in K: / driver.
6.Research of new products and processes for advanced developments. Brainstorming is necessary.
7.Set up and updated new project BOM& Routine in BPCS.
8.Provide a standard handover package including green folder for every new finish hide item with training to production team. Tracking 3 production trial run.
9.Manage the PD finished hides inventory, control it below the target quantity. Stock-taking accurate.
10.Maintaining records of leather retain, lab report, color shading Log, special process change, comment and lessons learn. Ensure SRF system can be traceable and integrality.
11.Assisting Finishing &QA team with technical support as necessary.
12.Assisting function head and suppliers with technical support as necessary.
13.Assisting wet-blue(DZ) development activities in PD finishing part.
14.Analyzing interior& full lab result and follow up on development activities.
15.Training and personnel development on operation of equipment. Transfer new equipment from PD to production.
16.Achieve Safety target which company needed.
Qualifications:
1.College degree or above, major in leather technology or related discipline.
2.Min 3 years experience in leather processing covers from manufacturing and new products researching & development.
3.Be familiar with the atmosphere of leather and auto-parts industry; solid knowledge and skills on leather process operation on Finishing, and good tracking record on leather products research and development;
4.Strong team-work & leadership;
5.Fluent in oral and write English.
