Job description: Marketing Executive

Z-Ben Advisors is a Shanghai-based research and strategic consulting firm, focusing on China’s investment management industry. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Marketing Executive.

Marketing executive will aid the execution of the sales plan by develop branding and marketing campaigns, assist in development of marketing activities and tactical promotions, distribute the marketing materials, analyze competitor marketing, Create a long term social media plan and marketing calendar.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop branding and marketing campaigns by utilizing social media tools (e.g. on-line promotional campaigns, online advertising, viral marketing, etc.)
2. Assist in development of marketing activities and tactical promotions in accordance to corporate marketing strategies
3. Oversee creation of marketing materials; assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
4. Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
5. Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
6. Create a long term social media plan and marketing calendar


Requirements:

1. BA/BS, major in Business, Marketing or Communication is preferred
2. Ideally 1+ year work experience in marketing position
3. Experience using website management tools
4. Familiarity with social networking sites
5. Professional fluency in English language with good communication & presentation skills
6. Proficiency in Computer & MS Office suite, Adobe Photoshop & similar graphic solutions.
7. Positive and creative thinking, good analytical skills with process-orientation
8. Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
