职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责VMware、NetApp、Citrix产品线相关项目&技术支持工作；
2.负责销售在日常工作中所需的各种技术类相关支持。例如：技术售前交流、方案撰写（售前/售后/投标方案等）、产品测试和安装调试等工作；
3.开展针对最终用户的售前/售后培训；
4.与厂商技术部门保持紧密沟通，了解最新的产品更新和技术方向的变化，学习和掌握产品线相关的知识；
5.定期进行工作总结和规划，面向业务部门及技术总监进行工作汇报。

岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，计算机、电子通讯等理工科专业优先。
2.3年以上相关工作经验；
3.熟悉NetApp、EMC等主流存储产品的技术特点及解决方案，熟悉NetApp，具有NetApp项目实施经验则优先考虑；
4.熟悉主流存储和服务器产品（如：Dell、HP、UCS）的技术特点及解决方案；
5.熟悉VMware、Citrix等虚拟化软件；必须有VMware horizon 项目或Citrix XD项目实施经验。
6.有磁带产品以及备份软件的技术支持经验，了解oracle、SQL数据库；
7.较强的文字组织能力，可独立完成项目建议书、工程实施方案等技术文档的编制；
8.具有较强的语言表达能力，具有培训及沟通技巧。 举报 分享
