职位描述：
The Sustainability Responsible for Licenses is accountable for:
? Ensuring that all licenses companies’ standards and requirements are being met
? Ensuring that the company is working with sustainable, approved and appropriate suppliers and production units
? Ensuring that sustainability-related KPI’s are being met for the related product group/brand
? Evaluating suppliers’ performance

Main Responsibilities
Team Leader
? Be a good role model / H&M leader and work on building the team into a top performing team

Support the Regional Strategic Plan for Sustainability
? Develop the Annual Action Plan process with the Global Performance Manager
? Support the Global Performance Manager by giving inputs on strategy
? Follow and communicate the current trends in the field, CSR developments and news
? Assess potential risks of new product development and sourcing locations

Effective Implementation
? Lead the team in implementing the Annual Action Plans (Audits, Program) in cooperation with the business team and suppliers
? Evaluate the implementation and assess the impact of the Actions carried out through goal follow up
? Analyse the relevant non-compliance issues (root causes) in the region and implement the Annual Action Plan
? Identify and implement with the team, creative and yet pragmatic solutions to challenges beyond the audit program
? Initiate and follow up sourcing criteria
? Secure and communicate data collection needs with the Sustainability Tracking and Evaluation Program (STEP) team to ensure more accurate reports for data analysis
? Work in close collaboration with other Supply Chain Sustainability Managers

Secure licenses companies standards
? Understand license requirements from the Buying Office License Department and license partners
? Manage calibration and secure that licenses companies’ methods and policies are being followed

Internal and External Communication and Cooperation
? Ensure that there is good collaboration between the Buying Office License Department, the Sustainability team and other relevant teams in countries
? Report goal follow up and analysis results to the Global Performance Manager, CSR team and/or business teams
? Ensure effective collaboration, evaluate existing and/or potential stakeholders and business partners
? Communicate, manage training, education and workshops for the Production team and suppliers
? Represent H&M in selected local meetings/events where presence is needed
? Be the contact person for license companies and handle all requests in close coordination with Production
? Follow the case routines and update license departments
? Introduce licenses to new business partners

Education and Experience requirements
? University / Postgraduate / professional qualification in Business Administration / Law / Political Science / Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering is preferred
? Experience in similar role and industry preferred, but not essential

Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Project Management skills
? Presentation and communication skills
? Fluent in written and spoken English
