职位描述： 1、采用适当的手段来达到质量，成本，期限和收益的目标

-为产品设计部提供技术支持以生产出最高价值的简单有效的模具

-参加项目启动会议

-在协商期间提供技术支持

-确保模具的完成进度及发展

-检验供应商工厂的模具研究

-在供应商网站上批准在不同模具生产中钢线的采购及相应产生的付款

-在注塑过程领导的测试帮助下研发模具并协调跟进模具生产

-积极为注塑工艺阶段领导和模具制造商提供技术支持

-起草修模报告并分发给相关部门

-监测成本和期限方面的变化

-根据经济标准来管理产品/工艺变化

2、接收模具

-为团队提供专业知识并确保将收到的反馈考虑在内

-评估模具制造商的进度，并定期进行审核

-帮助评估模具制造商的能力，以支持采购部门

-确保大批量生产符合模制零件生产的速度，质量和限期

-协助MECAPLAST集团生产单元进行产品/工艺开发

职位要求：

1、 大学及以上学历，机械，模具设计或者机电一体化专业；

2、 3年以上模具设计经验及模具钳工，加工经验；

3、 熟悉UG,Pro-E,CATIA等软件；

4、 英语基本沟通没问题；

5 、良好的沟通和协调能力，积极的工作态度；

6、有模具项目管理经验

Job Responsibility:

1.Validate the mold design,process control

2.To design the mold according to company's requirements

3.To promote company's mold standard and follow up

4.Willing to take business trip

Job Requirement:

1.College degree or above in Mechanical or high polymer meterial major

2.5 years tool design experience

3.Familiar with AUTOCAD,UG, CATIA

4.Good in English
