职位描述：
Nautilus Food (Shanghai) company limited, a French, dynamic company established in China for about 10 years is looking for expending its export business. To support our expansion projects we are looking for a Export Sales Manager.


Job responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the operating manager, the applicant would be:
- Managing & motivate the export team (2 sales) to develop new and existing clients worldwide
- Responsible for the purchase & sales expansion of its category (Seafood canned or frozen)
- Overall customer service responsibility as key point of contact for coordination and issue resolution
- Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets and agreed KPIs while maximizing profitability
- Finding new clients while creating new opportunities with current clients
- Coordination between sales and quality teams to set up inspection schedule efficiently by urgency & location
- Answering inquiries, negotiation, contracting and follow up on daily issues in client’s best interest
- Regular visit to packer’s facility to prepare campaign, organize client’s visit or attend international fairs
- Reporting to Operating manager using data analyses & checking information available

Applicant profile:
The right applicant shall have below profile and proven skills:
- Chinese candidate.
- University or college degree
- At least 5 years of experience in seafood industry (canned and/or frozen) as purchaser and/or sales.
- Managing experience with strong interpersonal skills will be a plus
- Communicate easily in English.
- Solid sales track record & result oriented
- Good business negotiation abilities and communication skills, understanding the business environment, familiar with technical aspect of production & international trade.
- Ability to identify, anticipate and solve problems within time constraints
- Ability to stay calm & focused within a pressurized working environment
- Dynamic and looking for challenges in a growing environment.
- Always favoring clients’ interest, dedicated to company & having strong ethic

Remuneration:
- 10 000 RMB gross salary per month negotiable according experience & profile + yearly incentives on results.
- Mobile phone fees.
- Social & one medical check-up per year covered by company.
- Public holiday’s compensation on working days are offered by company as employee welfare (8 days per year).
