1. Coordinate with production team and follow up production report
2. Collect all QC inspection reports, make travel schedules, report to German QC Manager
3. Add in-line and final inspection comments in Productionstatus excel and send to Germany HeadOffice
4. Add in-line and final reports/PP sample comments in PDM
5. Receiving and sending parcels
6. Creat reports from PDM and update data in PDM according to the requirements of management.
7. BSCI Audit checking communication with Headoffice
8. Assistant to make travel plan for buyers and QC colleagues from Headoffice
Job Requirements:
1. Major in textile or English
2. Good MS office application skills, especially EXCEL
3. Good organization ability
4. Strong communication skills
5. Good written English, fluent oral English will be preferred
6. Related experience in Garment Trade Company or purchasing office will be preferred.
