Major Responsibilities:

- Carry out field inspection and provide guidance to group members to collection further information for the preparation of the Master Plan for an assured project;

- Provide instruction and guideline for group members to prepare the Plot Plan with CAD or other software;

- Play an active role in the Master Plan & Site Layout Working Committee;

- Provide comprehensive management for completing the assured project;

- Manage reporting to various stakeholders, including weekly and monthly reports to clients;

- Monitor appraisals;

- Other tasks as assigned by Head of Site Layout.



Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in plot plan engineering, master planning/site development related discipline;

- Working Experience:

- More than 10 years working experiences in site development/ master planning, project management and control and field experience in plant layout;;

- 10 years working experience in a design institute, as lead plot plan engineer for 1 big or 2 small sized projects in chemical/petrochemical industries would be a strong plus.

- Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job)

1)of the technologies, procedures, and policies of Site Layout community and engineering in Bayer and in China;

2)of Site Layout works related suppliers, contractors and possible partners,

3)in various Site Layout related disciplines (chemical engineering, site layout, master plan).

4)working experience in a multi-cultural ( multi-national ) environment.

5)Level of knowledge required: Advanced: as a recognized expert among thoses in the field, applies a high degree of knowledge of the overall field; applies principles, practices and procedures of a particular field within the discipline to complete difficult

- Be familiar with chemical company, with chemical process experience;

- Be very familiar with GB code;

- Must also take the deputy from the leader;

- Sufficient managerial, organizational, leadership and communication skills;

- High sense of responsibility and team spirit;

- Fluent-written & oral English
