Position Objective:
Assist team leader to conduct internal control in finance function.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine balance sheet / NAV reconciliation to ensure the proper control in place.
- Review SOP from finance share service team and conduct internal inspection to ensure the proper execution.
- Review internal accounting policies according to IFRS and CAS newly developments.
- Propose financial process and procedure for new channel / new business line.
- Coordinate various internal and external audits.
Job Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历；会计等相关专业
- 熟悉保险行业的商业模式以及管理特性，具有团队管理的经验
- 熟悉中国会计准则、IFRS准则
- 从事过会计核算合审计等专业工作，有3年以上相关工作经验，对寿险行业的会计处理、报表编制逻辑、财务制度等有扎实的理论基础
- 熟悉SAP系统操作
- 拥有会计职业资格证、中级会计职称及以上的专业资质
