1. 协助生产主管管理生产线,要求操作员做到高效率地运作设备,机器停止的时间最少.
2. 即时报告任何有影响生产的地方.
3. 保证任何工作站使用图纸和操作程序指导书进行操作
4. 任何时候,保持工作6S,严格遵守安全规则.
5. 提出合理化建议以减少故障和提高产出率,在物料和设备运作过程中有高
度的质量意识.
6. 设定员工的生产目标.
7. 识别和培养有潜能的员工在合适的时间去相应的工作,并激励员工达到更
多的产出,更好的质量和更高的效率.
8. 指导和帮助员工发展操作技能,以达到相应的工作要求.
9. 监督和更新每小时的工作完成情况表.
10. 确保工作达到和超过设定的标准.
11. 保持与同事良好的工作关系.
12. 能完成上级主管安排的其他工作任务.
