Report to: Sales Director
Location: Shanghai/Beijing
Responsibility 工作职责:
· Provides administrative support for Director including answering telephone, personal paperwork, filing, meeting and travel arrangements, maintaining appointment calendars, maintaining vacation schedules, handle monthly expense statements and other related duties.
· Prepare and organize meetings, workshops, conferences etc by providing logistics supports e.g. inspection of venue, invitations, agenda, participants' confirmations, hotel reservations;
· Prepare confidential correspondence and presentations;
· Collect and prepare data for monthly sales report and work out kinds of report as director required;
· Arrange foreign visitors’ hotel accommodation, transportation and visiting itinerary;

· Be responsible for the internal communication with relative departments in the respect of stock check, payment, shipping and following up with after-sales customer complaint;

· Other tasks assigned by the director.


Requirements 要求:
· Bachelor degree with major in business administration or other related major;
· At least 3 years working experience in sales related function in MNC;
· Fluent English and Mandarin effectively both in writing and verbally;
· Excellent in MS office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
· Good team work spirit with decent manner.
