职位描述：
Specialist - Chemical process engineering (Focus: Bio-chemistry/ Eco-Toxicology)

Responsibilities:
1. Advice our suppliers in Asia in:
- Avoiding the use of hazardous chemicals during their manufacturing processes/ Detox-management
- Minimizing wastage and conserving resources, such as water, energy, oils and chemicals
- Reducing water, air and noise pollution and land contamination
- Waste control & water management
- Be in compliance with relevant regulations, legislations and strategies

2. Verify external reports and provide regular reports and updates on activities related to Detox-management

3. Prepare Audits, create and coordinate solutions regarding Detox in cooperation with external partners, suppliers and factories as a competent partner

4. Reports directly to Head of CSR Asia


Qualifications:

- Studies related to Chemical process engineering with focus in Bio-chemistry/ Eco Toxicology/ Water Treatment/ Environmental analysis

- High knowledge of substitutes for chemicals used especially in the textile sector (Home textile as well as shoes and clothes)

- Technical knowledge of engineering textiles would be a plus

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reorganizing manufacturing processes in factories related to production of textiles

- Knowledge regarding Norms like ISO 14001/ 19011/ 9001 - especially work experience in related fields including lean production, manufacturing and environmental protection

- Knowledge of Asian policies, legislations, strategies and regulations regarding environmental topics

- Direct experience in conducting trainings related to Detox-management would be beneficial

Skills & Personal qualities:

- Excellent English skills, verbally and written – German would be a plus

- Proactive, system oriented and able to manage the implementation of process structure´s independently and report back to the Head of CSR Asia

- Confident and having a strong presence

- Able to think in systematic ways

环保流程管理工程师（生物化学、生态毒理学方向）


主要职责：

- 为卡福连（亚洲地区）合作供应商提供专业指导：
- 优化企业Detox管理，在生产制造过程中避免使用有毒有害化学品；
- 保护邻近水源、能源和油类并妥善保管化学物品，将资源损耗限度降到最低；
- 减少水污染、空气污染以及噪声污染，控制土地污染；
- 生产环节水治理以及危废管理；
- 依据国家相关法律法规提出合规建议；

- 复核第三方机构报告并出具正式审核报告，及时更新Detox管理进度；

- 审厂安排准备，并就审核结果给予跟进措施以及不合规整改方案，确保合作方符合公司环保要求；

- 直接汇报于企业社会责任部---亚洲地区总监；



任职要求：

专业资质

- 化学品控制管理工程相关背景，生物化学、生态毒理、水处理或环境分析方向
- 精通纺织品类（家纺、鞋及服装）等化学替代品应用的专业知识；
- 掌握纺织工业的技术知识更佳；
 
工作经验

- 至少三年纺织品制造流程重组优化相关经验 ；
- 掌握ISO14001/19011/9001等环境管理体系认证内容，特别是相关领域精益生产，制造和环境保护的工作经验；
- 掌握亚洲地区环保相关政策、法律法规；
- 有Detox相关管理培训经历更佳；

个人技能

- 英语口语、书写能力优秀；
- 工作严谨，出色的执行力，抗压能力强；
- 能够积极主动地沟通协调，具有出色表达能力，自信、具有亲和力；，
- 掌握二外德语更佳。
