Recruiting Supervisor/Recruiting Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and selection

1.1 Develop and implement strategic ways to attract candidates in conjunction with HR Manager, People & Performance, Greater China
1.2 Determine the most appropriate approach to recruitment and most effective sourcing strategy for each specific role and on a case-by-case basis (e.g. outsource to agency, recruit directly etc)
1.2.1 Prospect and target programs to develop and enhance contacts, relationships and alliances
1.3 Manage the end to end recruitment process (advertising, resume management, screening, interviewing, reference checking, validation, offer process and feedback to unsuccessful applicants) ensuring that managers are provided with appropriate resources and support to recruit and select effectively
1.4 Monitor and manage the recruitment 'Resumes' inbox and work with the P&P Coordinator to ensure that all applicants are responded to within appropriate timeframes
1.5 Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agency partners that yields success in finding the right candidate in each position
1.6 Ensure approved Recruitment Authorisation form is in place prior to any recruitment activity
1.7 Work with the broader P&P team and line managers to ensure that appropriate Position Descriptions are developed prior to any recruitment activity
1.8 Organize the creation of offer letters for new employees in the US based on approved templates
1.9 Monitor effectiveness of recruitment methods and tailor Altium's approach accordingly
1.10 Promote Altium brand throughout the recruitment process

2. Graduate Recruitment

2.1 Review options and make recommendation on which university-related activities Altium should consider (e.g. Careers Fairs, information evenings, scholarships, graduate publications such as Graduate Opportunities)
2.2 Effectively implement any agreed university-related initiatives
2.3 Promote career opportunities and brand our company through attending university career fairs, student organization chapter meetings, networking and events
2.4 Schedule and coordinate on-campus events

Requirements:
1. BA in Business or Human Resources (desirable). Non-qualified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
2. 7+ years experience in recruitment .
3. Recruiting Firm Experience is a must(Focus on IT industry is preferred.)
3. Experience in recruitment within a technical environment desirable
4. Exposure to working with line managers and coaching them on the recruitment and selection process
