Senior Application Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership and working support cases (post and pre-sales) and ensuring the cases are being worked in the correct priority order and resolved in a timely manner.
- Conducting Altium Designer pre-sales web based demonstrations (public and private) and online demonstrations.
- Delivering public and private training classes.
- Contributing to product localisation initiatives.
- Mentoring and Coaching.

Requirements:
- Electronic Engineering qualification (preferred).
- 5+ years experience technical experience.
- Good reading& writing English and fluent spoken English.
- Experience in a customer support/service environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of the electronics industry including familiarity with key issues, design processes and products (preferred).
- Knowledge of PCB design, FPGA design, system design and/or embedded software development (preferred).
