1) 8年以上石化行业工作经验；
8+ year working experience in Petrochemical.

2) 具有工艺、设备、管道等专业设计经验；
Having the Engineering working experience in Process,Equipment,Piping etc.

3) 较强的沟通及协调能力，专业技术问题的判断力；
Good communication and coordinate skill, good sense in speciality technic problem.

4) 对项目管理有一定的理解，按照项目要求，协助项目经理在质量、进度、费用、安全等方面进行管理和协调工作；
Be familiar with Project Management. Assist the Project Manager to manage and coordinate the Quality, Progress, Cost and Security and other areas of the project as per the project planning.

5) 能独立起草和执行项目相关程序文件和资料；能参与项目各阶段的工作；充分领会掌握文件的各项内容；
Be able to drafe and carry out the procedure documents of the Project. Can join each phase of the project and master every aspect of the Project document.

6) 能掌握工程进展和质量情况，解决工程实施过程中存在的各类问题；
Can master the Schedule and Quality of the Project,solving the project issues.

7) 很强的学习能力和独立工作的能力；
Strong ability at study and independent working skills.

8) 英语熟练。
Fluent English communication.
