Scope of Position and Key Results Expected:
1.SHE - Comply with all plant SHE rules and lab SHE requirements. Maintain GLP and lab 5S.
2.In-House lab management - Be responsible for daily lab management for QC, production and WWT labs, including lab equipment, consumable and supplier, procedures and people.
3.External lab management - Contact or audit external labs regularly to ensure reliable results.
4.Testing - Implement test plan by following standards and procedures to provide reliable results in a timely way.
5.Projects - Set up and validate new method. Do measurement system assessment.
6.Technical support - Provide analytical solution.
Selection Criteria:
1.Master degree or equivalent.
2.Analytical chemistry or related background.
3.Working experience in QC lab of multinational food companies is preferable.
4.Fluent in both reading and written English & Chinese.
