Job Description

1. National Starch APAC Extranet

• Be able to generate statements from extranet to respond customer requests within set time frame.
• Be able to fill up and review all customer questionnaires within set time frame and ensure that answers are aligned with National Starch policy.
• Be able to initiate new statements and circulate to get comments from shareholders. Then review the new statement against all products and put the new statement into a new standard template and upload to extranet.
• Translation of statements from English into Chinese.
• Maintain all valid documents in the Extranet.
• Be an administrator for National Starch APAC Extranet.
• Work closely with CSPI/Sales/Customer Service teams to solve problem together when a customer does not accept our standard statement or reply in customer questionnaires.

2. Regulatory compliance

• Support to file petitions for pre-marketing approval of new products.
• Support to ensure labeling and declaration compliance.
• Support to file petition to MOH, such as extending application scope of modified starch, enhancing use level of modified starch and registration of enzyme for producing maltodextrin.
• Support the application and revision of licenses and certificates, such as production license and revision of business scope of business license.
• Monitor websites of government and associations on regulatory changes/updates and notify the team when the changes are related to company business.
• Other assignments when necessary.

3. Administrative and team works

• Fully committed to company's EHS programs.
• Manage shared drive to ensure trackable records of all documented communication with customer.

• Prepare KPI reports.
• Participate in meetings/trainings when required.
• Other assignments where necessary.

Qualification

Minimum Educational Qualification (s)

A diploma or bachelor degree in food science or related discipline.

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Familiar with laws and regulations of food industry in China.

Working experience in multinational food or food related company in technical function is preferred.

Computer Skills: Skilled in Microsoft Words, Excel, Access, Power Point. Experience in using Notes is a plus.
