该职位为1年的contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1 Lead layered audit system implementation including but not limited to conduct audit, follow up closing audit findings.
2 Establish control plan, quality inspection instructions and working instructions, train quality inspectors and operators.
3 Lead incoming inspecton including but not limited to raw material, trade parts and subcontracting parts
4 Collect and analyze the daily Quality data to support process/product improvement
5 Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
6 Gauge management including but not limited to gauge selection, calibration, daily maintenance and conduct MSA
7 Prepare all kinds of Quality Reports for customers.
8 Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation and continuous improvement;
9 Plans and oversees the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
10 Supplier quality management and development
11 Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality activities.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanicals, or associate degree.
2. Above 5 years working experience and at least 2~3 years experience in product/process quality control in automobile
3. TS16949/ISO internal auditor
4.Ability to analyze problems systematically and innovatively. Ability to solve problems independently
5. Knowing well QC 7 tools
6. Good communication skills, able to discuss encountered quality issues, both verbally and in written form 举报 分享
