工作职责：

-对日常生产，监督工艺参数的执行情况，进行例行的工艺纪律检查并形成记录；

-对于新产品，优化并最终确认最佳的生产工艺参数，形成工艺指导书；

-与模具供应商合作，优化模具设计，提高压铸产品的质量与效率；

-作为项目开发组成员，参与新产品开发的压铸模具部分工作；

-对压铸现场的操作人员进行岗位培训；

-通过X探伤机，对产品气孔、泄漏等作出初步的判断；

入职要求：

-模具、机械及高分子等相关专业大专以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验 -具备丰富的铝合金压铸工艺设计经 -熟悉铝合金的压铸机和参数调整，以及压铸模具原理。最好熟悉力劲压铸机 -能够熟练使用三维造图软件，如Pro-E, SolidWorks等。 -具备基本的英语读写能力 -敬业，具有良好的团队精神，能够胜任一定压力下的工作，可以适应翻班工作。
