职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To develop, formulate and implement risk-based internal audit plan and risk assessment for the Group;
2. Lead, review and perform risk-based financial, operational and compliance internal audit assignments, including the evaluation of internal controls, design of audit programs and execution of fieldwork;
3. Identify and report internal control weakness and inefficiencies and ineffectiveness within the Group and business processes;
4. Provide recommendation for control weaknesses and non-compliance and operational efficiency and effectiveness improvement;
5. Prepare timely internal reports and monitor follow-up actions;
6. Other ad hoc projects instructed by the Finance Director.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor or above degree from a reputable university in business, accounting or other related disciplines;
2. A recognized professional qualification in accounting (such as: CIA / CICPA / ACCA etc.)
3. Audit experience (3 years or more) with Big 4 accounting firms;
4. Minimum 8 years experience of relevant experience and at least 3 years of which should be in senior/managerial level;
5. Sound knowledge of internal controls from both financial and operational perspectives and audit of compliance functions;
6. Minimum 3 years of direct, hands on experience with SOX-compliance activities for a US-based company or subsidiary of a US-based parent company
7. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, English and strong presentation skill;
8. Self-motivated and proactive with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
9. Good organization skills with the ability to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines;
10.Able to work independently and under pressure;
11.Previous exposure in manufacturing industry is preferred; and
12.Traveling required.
